1. Handmade Process
   All items are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before shipment. No two pieces are exactly alike — this is part of their uniqueness and charm.2. Payments

 

 

All payments are processed securely via Shopify and accepted methods include major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment is completed.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the custom handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review product details and sizing carefully before purchasing.

4. Shipping

 

We ship both domestically and internationally. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details, including delivery timelines and customer responsibility for international duties or taxes.
