How long does it take to ship?
All items are handmade to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before shipment.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. All sales are final due to the custom nature of each piece. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

How much is shipping?

• U.S. shipping is $25
• International shipping is $35
  International delivery timelines may vary depending on customs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to select countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs/VAT fees.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order is placed, it goes into production. We are not able to cancel, refund, or change it.

My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it.

Please contact your local carrier. A Million Stitches is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
