Each piece from A Million Stitches is handmade to order, crafted with care and intention. Because of the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item), please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
